Isaria München Projektentwicklungs GmbH and QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG are pleased to have entered the market in the upper center of Franconia. The parent company had acquired a projected residential quarter in Bayreuth in a location close to the city center. Isaria will be responsible for the construction of the project.
Glockengut residential project
The high-quality construction project is being built at Ludwig-Thoma-Strasse 36 in the popular Glocke district and will provide space for almost 290 apartments on around 20,000 square meters of floor space. The living space is distributed over several compact three- to four-story buildings with additional staggered floors, which are being built on a total of six construction sites and fit perfectly into the naturally grown neighborhood. The residential mix is well-balanced, with the current planning providing for one- to four-bedroom apartments. Large balconies and terraces will also create private outdoor spaces. Construction work on the Glockengut is scheduled to start at the end of 2023.

The Glockengut project will also feature a well thought-out open space and greening concept. Planning the property as a car-free space emphasizes the natural character of the neighborhood. Most of the stationary traffic will disappear underground: Around 50 outdoor parking spaces will be offset by more than 250 underground parking spaces.
