Isaria hands over last apartment of the newly completed building ensemble “Enjoy” in Munich-Neuperlach

Isaria München Projektentwicklungs GmbH, a subsidiary of QUARTERBACK Immobilien AG, has just handed over the last apartment of its newly constructed building ensemble “Enjoy” to its owner. The new building project contributes to a further upgrading of the location Neuperlach-Süd. In total, 80 apartments, 12 roof gardens and three commercial units have been created here.

Asymmetry is the defining element of the new construction project “Enjoy”. On the one hand, the building ensemble consists of two asymmetrical, interconnected structures. On the other hand, hardly any apartment resembles the other. This is also evident in the balconies, which are sometimes square, sometimes rectangular, sometimes pointed or turned. “Each part of the building has private gardens on the roof that can be used individually, virtually an allotment on the roof with a view of the Alps or the city of Munich,” says David Christmann, spokesman for the Isaria management. “Individual living in green surroundings is a priority here.” Two large roof terraces can also be used by the house community.

The “Enjoy” residential ensemble also impresses with its location in Neuperlach. It is located in the immediate vicinity of Munich’s sub-center with pedestrian zone. Groceries, doctors, pharmacies and restaurants are just a stone’s throw away, as are the subway and S-Bahn, which take just 20 minutes to get to downtown Munich.

Isaria implemented the project for Deutsche Wohnen. A total of 62 apartments were sold to private owners. The 18 subsidized and rent-controlled apartments and three commercial units were acquired by the municipal housing company GEWOFAG in a package deal. “We have realized new living space on a formerly commercially used property within a very short time,” says David Christmann. “This is only possible if everyone involved pulls together. A big thank you to everyone for the outstanding cooperation.”
