Munich, August 11, 2021. Isaria Projektentwicklung is developing the Hofmark am Olympiapark quarter for Deutsche Wohnen in Munich’s Milbertshofen neighborhood. STUDIOFIVE Fitness has now signed a lease for a 1,322 m² area in it. The space that has been leased is situated on the first floor of Part 1 of the building, directly on Moosacher Strasse, where the shell has already been completed. The rest of the LEED Gold-rated building is planned for completion in the fourth quarter of 2021.
Hofmark am Olympiapark is nested within a neighborhood full of innovative companies. The site features an area of 27,000 m² and is currently being developed into an urban, mixed-use quarter of the city with its own distinct identity. It is located directly opposite Munich’s Olympic Park. In total, it will consist of three buildings for commercial use and seven residential buildings, complemented by roughly 2,700 m² of public green space. This project also provides the new commercial tenants with an option of offering dedicated housing to their employees.

Isaria specializes in the development of city districts and sustainable buildings in urban areas.
