Foundation stone for Enjoy residential project laid 80 new apartments in Neuperlach, Munich

Munich, October 23, 2020. In southern Munich, in Neuperlach-Süd, Isaria München Projektentwicklungs GmbH is currently implementing the Enjoy new-build project. The foundation stone was laid last Thursday. This building development includes the creation of 80 apartments with 2 to 4 bedrooms, as well as 12 roof gardens and 3 commercial units on the ground floor.

David Christmann, Managing Director of Isaria, drew attention to the special architecture that is planned. “The central concept of the project is open space and a very strong connection to the outdoors. Future inhabitants will have windows that reach all the way to the floor, many balconies, and terraces arranged at different levels, so they will have unique views as well as a cozy home.” Christmann is particularly amazed by the design of the roof terraces: “There are individual-use private gardens on each portion of the building – almost like an allotment on the roof – with a view of the Alps or the city of Munich.” Two large roof terraces will also be available for use by residents of the building. Enjoy is made up of two asymmetric building sections which are connected to each other. In addition to the apartments with a total living area of approximately 5,500 m², approximately 330 m² of commercial area is planned for retail on the ground floor.

This new-build project, designed by Goetz Castorph architects and city planners, has excellent public transport connections: the S-Bahn, U-Bahn and buses are just two minutes away, while residents can reach Munich’s Marienplatz in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. Tegernsee is just 35 minutes away by car.

By the date that the foundation stone was laid, 56 of the 80 apartments had already been sold. The project is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022.
